A Kaduna High Court has granted immediate medical leave to Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky (H) to seek medical attention in India. Kaduna High Court, under Justice Darius Khoda, granted leave to the Sheikh to go to India for medical treatment as requested by his Counsel.
The Court granted the permission for the aliling Sheikh and his wife today Monday the 5/8/2019 during its sitting at Court IV Ibraheem Taiwo road, Kaduna.
During the Court’s sitting, the Judge delivered the Judgement in favour of request filed by the Counsel to Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky, to allow him to be flown abroad for medical treatment.
Sheikh Zakzaky and his wife are now allowed to go to India for medical treatment but under supervision of Nigerian security department, the DSS. The Sheikh shall return for the continuation of case after he fully recovered from his health condition.
