In the continuation of peaceful protests against Anti Islamic Film and cartoon the people in Maradi and Konni in the neigbouring Niger republic
held protests in the two areas as called by the Leader of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky. The protest was attended by thousands of people chanting’ Labbayka Ya Rasulallah" while carrying flags with different inscrpitions as they took to the major streets.
