The Academic Forum of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria (AFIMN) ,is a branch of the Islamic Movement that comprises students and staffs(academic and non academic staffs) of tertiary institutions

The main objective of the Academic forum is to regain the intellectual,cultural and civilizational identity of the Umma through the intellectual revolution in the academic environment.

Activities of the Academic Forum

• *Annual Imam’s week in commemoration of late Ayatollah Ruhullah Al-Musawi Al-Khomeini (Q.S) (1st-4th,june ,annually)
• *Annual national conference on Islamic thought
• *Joint Academic/Sisters Fora national conference
• *Conduction of Islamic Vocation Course for secondary and tertiary students (popularly known as I.V.C)
• *Weekly visitations of secondary schools
• *Weekly conduction of Ta’alimat in various campuses within the country
• *Weekly article release
• *Organizing tutorials in campuses
• *Organizing tutorials in campuses
• *Organizing lessons for Secondary schools students.
