During Ashura commemoration and Majalis across Nigeria people watched with great amazement as images of ‘Ya Husain’ emerged in the sky.
In Jos, people took time watching the Arabic inscription of ‘Ya Husain’ and a portrait of turbaned face formed by cluster of cloud. Same situation was also reported in Ringim, in addition to the inscribed name ‘Muhammad’.
In Kaduna, during the 9th day of Muharram Majlis the inscription of ‘Ya Husain’ formed by the clouds emerged in the evening just when the Karbala drama was about to begin.
The image was also repeated momentarily in Kaduna when people were dispersing at the end of the Ashura procession on Monday.
Following these events many people took part during the Ashura procession in some places, and responded to the call of Imam Husain, ‘Labbayka Ya Husain!’
Leader of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria, His Eminence Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky (H) has described the incident as an act of God to show the world that the revolution of Imam Husain is fast approaching.
It would be recalled that, similar images and other miraculous events were witnessed during Arba’een in various palces last year, including at the Hussainiyyah Baqiyyatullah, Zaria.
