The nationwide Unity Week programmes organized by the Islamic Movement in Nigeria under the leadership of Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzkay concluded on Monday the 17th of R/Auwal 1445 (2/9/2023).
In Zaria during the 6-day programmes lectures on different topics were discussed by invited scholars. The last lecture was delivered by Sheikh Muhammmad Sani Ashafa on the life and struggle of Imam Jafar Assdadiq (alaihis salam).
The second lecture was delivered by Reverand Philemon Maji of Baptist church Zaria who described Shia Islam as peaceful and lives in peace with everyone. He called for peaceful coexistence between adherents of different religions.
Sheikh Abdulhamid Bello delivered a conclusion speech.
