The Passing Away of Prof Dahiru Yahaya

The death of Professor Dahiru Yahaya occurred today Wednesday the 3rd of February 2021 after a broef illiness. His funeral took place today at his Ungogo residence in Kano city. The funeral of the late Professor of Education and Islamic Scholar, attended prominent people and members of the general public, took place at 4:00 pm local time.

The lost of the Prof Dahiru Yahaya is a great lost to Nigeria and the Muslim world. Prof Dahiru Yahaya is a close associate of the Leader of the Islamic Movement in NIgeria Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky. The Islamic Movement in Nigeria extends condolence to the family of the deceased, his friends, the academic cycle and to the Muslim world over the death of the great and erudite Scholar. May Allah have mercy on him.
