Sisters’ Forum of the Islamic Movement in Kano zone has organized a moral enhancement workshop in an effort to improve on moral training of women of the Islamic Movement I Nigeria under Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky (H).
The three-day workshop which was the third of its kind witnessed series of lectures by speakers on various topics relating to the need for enhanced moral discipline in a Muslim woman.
Topics discussed included “Quest for Knowledge and Its Practical Application” by Malam Auwal Shamsu, “Mission of the Islamic Movement” by, “Global Current Events and History of Iran” by Malam Yusuf Abdullahi, “Good Moral Conduct (Makarimul Akhlaq)” by Malam Sani Malfa and “Strict Devotion” by Malam Imam Yaqub.
At the close of the workshop, an essay competition on Sayyidah Zahra (AS) was organized and chaired by Sister Maimuna Abdullahi, where she stressed on the need for intensive research on the Prophet’s Progeny and Ark of Salvation.
Special Guest at the occasion, Sheikh Muhammad Mahmoud Turi stressed on the importance and dire need of women of good moral conduct among sisters of the Islamic Movement.
The workshop was attended by sister within Kano zone.
