Sheikh Zakzaky was Attacked as a Result of his Prediction on Islamic Revival in Nigeria– Sheikh Abdulhamid Bello

On Saturday the 6th of March, 2016, Brothers and Sisters of Imam Husain(AS) circle, Kaduna zone of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria, under the spiritual leadership of Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky, organized birth Day celebration of the holy Prophet Muhammad(pbuh & hf).

The event took place at ‘yar Fili ground Badiko, Kaduna. The Ameer of Zaria, Sheikh Abdul Hamid Bello was the guest speaker. He spoke on the significance of  revival of birth Day celebration of the Holy Prophet in Nigeria. Sheikh AbdulHamid Bello said the Prophet birth date was on 17th of Rabi’ul Auwal, according to Jafariyya school of thought. All followers of the Holy Prophet’s progeny are marking the birth dateon 17th of Rabi’ul Auwal.



Sheikh Abdul Hamid Bello also emphasized on how the Holy Prophet’s exemplary life is changing humanity through organizing various Maulid programmes that evict the Holy Prophet as a public figure.



When speaking on how this exemplary life of the Prophet instilled in the hearts of fellow Nigerians, the cleric categorically denounced the attack on Islamic Movement and its revered leader on 12th and 12th December, 2015, by Nigerian Army.

The tyrannical rulers of Nigeria and their foreign Masters are scared of Sheikh Zakzaky’s prediction that, Islam in Nigeria will be revived through Maulid  elebrations.



He added that, these World Mongers and their stooges(Nigeria tyrannical rulers) opted the Month of Rabi’ul to carry out a pogrom on

the Movement with a view to eliminating the Movement and its leader.

Sheikh had severally predicted that Islam in Nigeria will revive through Maulud. So, for the World arrogance and enemies of Islam to halt its occurrence, they carried out such  unprecedented attack when the Movement is setting out for a flag changing ceremony to usher the fall of the new Month of the Rabi’ul Auwal. The enemies of Islam are seeing the change of the flag at the doom of Hussainiyyah as a menace to their devilish agenda in the Nation and a step in continued struggle to raise the flag of Islam in the Nation. They have no choice than to carry out a pogrom on the Movement.



Sheikh Abdul Hamid Bello, also speaks at length on the condition of the senseless Nigerian Army attack in Zaria, the illegal continued

detention of Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky  and need for the Nigerian Government to immediately release him unconditionally.



In his remarks, Malam Aliyu Turmidhi stressed the need for brothers and sisters to intensify in their effort towards organizing programmes

that will keep the Movement as it was, despite the condition we found ourselves. He also called on up-keep of Free Zakzaky campaign through the re-organization of peaceful processions and rallies to extend our message to the World on the tyranny inflicted on us and a call the Government to free our revered leader, his family and hundreds of his followers in prison custody without conditions.



The event was attended by hundreds of brothers and sisters from Kaduna, Zaria and environs.
