The 3 day Annual Maulid of Shehu Abdullah bin Fodio(RA), organised the Resource forum Kebbi Zone, took place in Birnin Kebbi from Friday 23rd to 25th of March 2018. Prof Dahiru Yahya was the quest speaker who delivered lecture on the life and struggle of Sheikh Abdullahi Bn Fodiye the brother to Sheikh Uthman bn Fodiye.
Other guests include Shaikh Sidi Munir, Shaikh Sani Zuru, Shaikh AbdulHameed Bello, Prof Isa Mshelgaru, Prof Abdullahi Danladi, Alh Usman Dattijo etc. Other activities during the 3 day memorial lectures include visits to some scholars in Kebbi and homage to the tomb of the great Sheikh.
