A 3-day seminar organised by members of the Business Group of the Islamic Movement known as Ahlud duthoor ended in Bauchi on Sunday the 21st of April 2013.
The seminar, which started on Friday the started on Friday the 19th of April, was attended by members of the group from different part of Nigeria. During the seminar lectures on issues affecting business and Sharia were discussed by invited guests.
The closing lecture was delivered by the Leader of the Islamic Movement in NIgeria Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky on Sunday the 21st of April at Zaranda Hotel Bauchi. He called on the participants towards charitable works which will improve the lives of the people. Some of the areas which the Group can pay more emphasis inculde building of schools and health centers and other societal needs, the Sheikh noted.
Ealier on, lectures were delivered by other invited guests which include Mallam Muhammad Turi who spoke on the importance of sacrifice in the course of Islam; and Mallam Yakubu Yahaya Katsina who spoke on Wealth acquisation and the prescribed rights attached it.
