Security Operatives Open fire on Trekkers in Kano; kill two

Police openned fire with live ammuniation on Arbaeen symbolic Trekkers in Kano. Two people were repored martyred; one brother and one sister. The incidence took place few hours after the  trek kicked up. However, the trek continued while the injured and martyred were taken away by IMN health workers. The Police made arrest of  atleasttwo people. 

After Zhur prayers the trekking continued for another place where it was close for the day with special prayers. Meanwhile, the presence of heavily armed mobile police and soldiers could be sighted at different locations along the way.. Police vans numbering over 20 could also be seen at a distance .
