Security Forces in Kano halt Commemoration of AzZahra (SA)’s Birthday

The Sisters Forum of the IMN under the able leadership of Shaikh Ibraheem Zakzaky (H) were not left out in joining all believers and humanity arround the world in celebrating the birthday of the leader of all Women Sayyida Fatimatul Zahra (AS) the daughter to the Noble Prophet (SAWA) the leader of all Mankind. The day set aside as “International Women Day” by Imam Ayatullah Ruhullah Khomeni (QS). 

The celebtation took place on Saturday 20th Jumadal Thani, 1438 (18/3/2017) at Royal Tropicana Hotels, Kano.

The program was attended by guests from different path of the country, and started at around 10am only for a team of armed security agent stormed the venue after the morning session to forcefully halt continuation of the afternoon session saying they have been given directives from the central security agency in the Federation capital Abuja to halt the programme at all cost. After the security agents had series of talks with the organizers the birthday celebration was rounded up. Prior to closure of the programe there was cutting of birthday cake and closing prayers from Mal Sunusi Abdul Kadir Koki. Many participants were expressing their surprise on action of the security personnel asking when has celebrating the birthday of Women humanity leader i.e. Sayyida Fatimatul Zahra (AS) become a crime and a life

threatening activity that requires halting its conductance.

In the morning session amongst presentation of lectures during the birthday celebration were Malama Maimuna Husain, Mal Rabiu Funtua who spoke on Lessons from the marital life.

In her lecture, Malama Maimuna Husain, highlighted various problems often seen amongst marriage partners with various causative factors drawing attention on how Sayyida Zahra (AS) and Imam Aliy (KW) her husband have shown the way to live a successful and fruitful marriage life. Mal Rabiu also further explained how and what a successful marriage would look like giving examples of life led by Sayyida Zahra (AS) in her marriage life. Both speakers caution partners in marriage from indulging in activities prohibited by Allah (T) while every partner given his/her rights.

Lessons from software war was the second lecturers by Malama Juwaira and Malama Khadija Mustapha, where both speakers highlighted the necessity of using ones valuable time and activities in trying to earn Almighty Allah’s pleasure while explaining how activities and  gadgets are been used by Youths and Adults not for earning Allah’s pleasure. The use of social media and other various electronic gadgets is well known today such as whatsapp, facebook, watching films, playing games like football etc spending longer time on these activities rather than in activities earning the pleasure of Allah (T).

Malama Maryam Sani while commenting on the life of Sayyida Zahra (AS)  called for strenthening of our hearts along this noble path in which the various part of the life of Sayyida Zahra (AS) has shown  lof of lessons to Muslims. Ittihadul Shu’arah anchored by Nasiru Fodio rained beautiful songs of Sayyida Zahra (AS), after closing prayers, Malama Maryam announced the morning session closure.
