Security Forces Attacked Peaceful Brothers’ Program in Zaria.

Security forces on Thursday the 21/3/2019 in Zaria, attacked peaceful brothers and sisters of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria, while peacefully conducting an annual program at Darul Rahma(Martyrs’ graveyaard).

It is a program that is regularly being organized to commemorate martydom of followers of  of leader of the Movement, Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky who were brutally killed by Nigerian Army during the their onslaughts in Zaria December 2015, where over 1000 faithful followers of the Movement were killed by the Army among which include three sons of the leader.

Faithful brothers and sisters of the Islamic Movement were gathered at the the martyrs graveyard that evening to commemorate their brothers when the security forces suddenly started firing gun shots..

Reports from Zaria states that, the security forces spent couple of minutes firing ammuniatons on brothers and sisters who were armless. It was also reported that the security forces arrested some sisters along their way to Darur Rahma but were late released.

Brothers and sisters of the Islamic Movement have been experiencing these fierce attacks from Nigeria security operatives at different times since 12-14th December 2015 incident, where lives of over 1000 of  peaceful citizens were exterminated by the securities in a country where Democracy rules.

The Islamic Movement is a peaceful Movement which despite Zaria Massacre of its members, seeks for justice in legal way and demand for the  immediate release of their leader who also had experienced the epic of tyranny from this Democratic government.

Where is justice? We demand justice! We are peaceful citizens and we deserve all constitutional rights as every other citizen of Nigeria.
