On Sunday 26 of April 2015, the Kaduna zone parade competition and the annual Sayyidah Zahara(SA)’s Maulid competition for Fudiyya Primary Schools across the zone, wrapped up for the year.
The occasion which witnessed by hundreds of people in attendance held at Galaxy Amusement Park Kaduna.
This year, 11 Fudiyya Primary Schools participated in the competition. During the event, parade and paper presentations on the following topic were made: The role of parents and affluent people in the society towards improving the educational standard of their children. Afterwards, drama depicting how some parents are paying no regards to the moral ethics and educational motivation for their children were exhibited by the pupils.
The speaker Sheikh Muhammad Jawad called on parents to drive lessons from what was presented by the pupils as education and moral conducts are part and parcel to the children to become responsible citizens in the society. He also remarks on concept and significance of knowledge to the followers of Ahlul Bayt, citing examples with the immaculate personality of Imam Ali(a.s) and Sayyidah Zahara(s.a).
