It has come to the notice of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria that there are sponsored collaborators of the Saudi Arabian monarchy within the Nigerian intelligence that concoct lies on the Movement and present as intelligence reports as suggested by the copy of the report pasted.
This, some members of the Movement say is as a result of sectarian rivalry for which the Saudi monarchy wants to pressurize the Nigerian APC led regime to kill Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky, the leader of the Movement and disperse the movement by all means. Millions of dollars were said to have been paid to the perpetrators of the Zaria massacre of December 2015.
Earlier statements from the movement have identified politicians, military officers and some Wahhabi clerics as beneficiaries of the bribe.
In the recent leaked intelligence report, it is claimed that the Movement is recruiting members to disrupt the coming elections under a body they call Jaishu Zakzaky.
This is seen as a plot by the collaborators of the Saudi Arabian monarchs to not only satisfy their sponsors but to also create confusion to disrupt elections in the name of IMN as they fear losing it.
The regime which has become very unpopular as a result of widespread killings and insecurity, some of which are perpetrated or sponsored by the state agents, the government is jittery over possibilities of losing support in the next election.
Some members of the movement have since dismissed the said intelligence report as a mischief and blackmail.
A notable blogger of the movement that goes by the name Elbinawi stated on his wall…
“Security report of the oppressive and tyrannical Buhari Regime that #IMN is planning to disrupt 2019 elections.
“This is part of the Saudi-sponsored campaigns of calumny and demonization against Sheikh Zakzaky and the Islamic Movement.
“We are not barbarians like the Saudi savages who do not have elections and we are too civilize to disrupt elections because we are not bloodthirsty Wahhabi savages.
“With the dwindling political fortune of President Buhari, this is one of his game plan to scuttle the 2019 elections because he know Nigerians will reject a monumental failure.
“The peaceful protest for #FreeZakzaky will continue. This is a right that wicked mass murderer tyrant Buhari and his murderous gang can not stop with all their killings and arrest.”
It would be recalled that the Saudi Crowned Prince Muhammad bin Salam had boasted in an interview with Time magazine that he has finished with what he described as “Iranian influence” in Africa by 95%. He also said that in Nigeria he has succeeded in crushing Sheikh Zakzaky and his movement signifying his major role in the clampdown on the Movement.
In yet another sponsored effort that is yet to succeed, a major collaborator in the mass killing and burial of the IMN member, the Kaduna state governor Nasir El-rufai has charged the IMN leader, his wife and two others to court for murder. An action that has since been condemned by legal activists as a joke lacking every moral prerequisite.
