Many Brothers and Sisters have been arrested in various locations in Kaduna on thier way to attend the ongoing Ashura Mourning gathering today Sunday the 9th of Oct 2016. Amongs those arrested are children and females.
The following people were arrested today along their way to Ashura mourning gathering from Hayin Dan Mani area of Kaduna metropolis:
1. Abbas Muhammad 17 yrs
2. Nura Muhammad 13yrs
3. Bilal Abubakar 16yrs
Eight people are also arrested along thier way to the venue from Miyetti Allah in Rigasa Area of Kaduna state, they are:
1. Mallam Ahmad Rigasa and alll his family members. They are Zakiyyah Ahmad, Fatma Ahmad,, Nusaiba Ahmad, Amir Ahmad, Muhammad Ahmad, Ruqayya Ahmad. The Other one arresrted with them is Khadijah Ja’far who is niece to Mallam AHmad.
Those arrested along their way to Ashura venue from Nasarawa/barnawa Axis are:
1. Mansur Karofi
2. Hassan Muhammad
3. Salamatu Abdullahi
4 .Nuhu Ibrahim.
There are 3 others who are not yet identified.
It is also reported that one person sustained injuries on his leg from gunshot by security forces. The security forces fired several teargas on the people comming from Barnawa/ Nasarawa axis before the arrest, some of the brothers were reported injured.
