Islamic Movements Marks Martyrdom of Imam Ali bn Abi Talib(AS) in Kano

IMN under the able leadership of his Eminence Shaikh Ibraheem Zakzaky (H) has held different mourning session of the martyrdom of Ameerul Mu’uminin Imam Aliy (KW) in different Nigerian cities from Wednesday 19th – Friday 21st Ramadan, 1438.

Ameerul Mu’uminin (KW) was striked by a poisonous sword on his head while prostrating in prayers in Kufa Mosque by Ibn Maljum (LA) on19th Ramadan and his live taken away on 21st Ramadan.
Majalis sessions mourning the demise of Ameerul Mu’uminin (KW) in Kano Nigeria were held in Kano Markaz Kofar Waika as well as Fagge Friday mosque after the Friday prayers.

Mal Sunusi AbdulKadir Koki in his speech after the Friday prayers extended condolences to our Noble Prophet, Muhammad Rasulullah (SAWA), Ahlul Bait (AS) and his Eminence Ayatullah Ali Khamnaei (H) over this sad event.

He also highlighted brief life history of Imam Aliy (KW) reviewing lessons from the life of Imam Aliy (KW) quoting various references. Fuztu bi Rabbil Ka’aba were the word Imam Aliy voiced out after ibn Maljum strike the head of Imam Aliy in prostration. The bravery character, steadfastness along this noble path is what we shall God willing try to emulate, and oppressed leader of the IMN Shaikh Zakzaky (H) have shown us this noble path.
"We call for the immediate and unconditional release of Shaikh Zakzaky (H)!!" he said.
