The Ashura Mourning Gatherings kicked up i Nigeria on Saturday the 1st of Muharram 1444 in Cities, towns and villages. In some places the gathering started   a day to the fall of the Month of Muharram. 

Tragedies of the martyrdom of Imam Husain (AS), family members and companions are being related. The historic event has numerous lessons for all humanity irrespective of religion.
