Funeral of Shahid Muhammad Ma'aruf  Umar Malumfashi who attained martyrdom on Saturday the 21st of September 2019 took place in his home town Malumfashi on Sunday the 22nd of September 2019.

 He attained martyrdom after spending several days in Katsina Medical Center receiving treatment of gunshot injuries he sustained during  Nigerian Police attack on Ashura mourning procession in Malumsfashi two weeks ago.
