Imam’s Awareness Day 2016, Marks in Kaduna with Visitation to Hospital

On Friday, 27th of May, 2016, Academic Forum of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria, Kaduna chapter marked late Imam Ruhullah Al-Khomeini’s week with a humanitarian visit to hospital, ahead of lectures and rallies yet to be hold in memory of the late Imam(Q.S) and Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky(H).

The forum which comprises students at Secondary and Tertiary institutions levels from different campuses in Kaduna made the visit under the coordination of the patron to the forum, Malam Abdulmumin Giwa, at about 4:00 p.m. with a turn over of the students, men and women.



The humanitarian visit made to Gwana Awon Memorial Hospital, Kakuri, Kaduna. During the visit, a number of assorted materials such as cartoons  of Klin, Omo, Bath Soap, Milk, Sugar, and some other detergents were shared to the patients as a humanitarian assistance. 



The visitors were warmly received and lead by Mrs. Solomon to various wards of the hospital such as male and female surgical wards, children ward, maternity and labour among other wards.



On the lung run, admitted patients one of whose name was Barnabas M. Markus, staff and matron of the hospital Mrs. Niyon expressed thankfulness to the visitors for the humanitarian gestures, in addition to the good-will messages echoed to the masses in general in memory of late Imam Khomeini and the revered leader of the Islamic Movement Sheikh Ibrabeem Zakzaky.
