Imam Ali(AS) Birthday Commemoration in Zaria In Pictures I

The Leader of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria, sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky(H) read the virtues of Imam Ali(alaihis salam) to thousands of people during birthday commemoratioin of the holy Imam at Husainiyyah Baqiyyatulah, Zaria on Friday the 13th of Rajab 1436 (1/5/15).

 Sheikh Zakzaky explained various sayings regarding the birth of Imam, life and his status with Allah and  with the Prophet(SAWA). Some of the undisputed qualities of the holy Imam include his birth inside the Ka’aba as his mother took refuge in the holy Ka’aba and upon her prayer the wall of the Ka’aba split opened. She entered and stayed for 3 days, where she gave birth to Imam Ali(AS).

She named him Ali upon revelation from Allah to name him such.
