Annual Sallah Feast of “Kautal Ko e Julbe Foundation” Marked in Kaduna

The annual Sallah feast been organized by "Kautal Ko e Julbe Foundation" of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria under the leadership of Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky marked in Kaduna. 

The event which is being organized at Husainiyyah Baqiyyatullah, Zaria, is organized in Kaduna, as result of the illegal demolition of the Husainiyyah building by Nigerian army during their pogrom on the Movement in December, 2015.



The event took place at ‘Yan Lilo play ground, T/Wada, Kaduna at about 10:00a.m. It began with different traditional dances in according with the norms and custom of Fulfulde ethnic group(Fulani). Guest speakers include Sheikh Badamasi Yaqoub, a fraternal brother to Sheikh Zakzaky, Sheikh Kasim Umar Sokoto, Ameer, Sokoto zone, Sheikh Abubakar Bugawa, Ameer, Abuja chapter, Malam Muneer Anas, Kautal Ko e Julbe coordinator, Taraba, Malam Isma’il Yahaya from Marabar Jos and many other guest from Bauchi, Yola, Adamawa, Zaria.



The event witnessed the attendance of hundreds of brothers and sisters. Height of the event include Parade, traditional dances and songs, guitar tradition poets, bash(Shantu) traditional poets.
