A 3 day conference of the Representatives of Shuhada (Martyrs) Foundation of the Islamic Movement ended at Fudiayyah Islamic Center, Zaria on Sunday the 22nd of September 013.
The representatives presented reports of various activities in their respective zones.
Lectures were delivered on various topics such the Role of Representatives on Collections of Shuhada Dues by Mallam Mukhtar Sahabi; and another lecture by the Chairman of the Foundation mallam Abdulhamed Bello.
The closing speech was delivered by the Leader of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky(H).
After the programme a funeral prayer, led by the Leader, was conducted for late Mallam Shehu Idris. Shehu Idris, a memoriser of the holy Quran, is one of the representatives of Shuhada Foundation representing Gujba area of Potiskum. He lost his life as a result of motor accident on his way to attend the conference. He left behind wife and children. He was testified of upright manner by the general public. May his gentle soul rest in peace.
