The Education Committee of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria under the Leadership of his Eminence Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky (H) has announced Sunday 15th March, 2015 as date for "Education Day Conference 1436" which will insha Allah take place at Hussainyyah Baqiyyatullah, Zaria.
The “Education Day" (Yaumul Ilm) is an annual programme and this is the 4th conference. According to the time table of the programme released by the Secretariat of the Committee, the 4th conference was merged with a 4 – day training workshop for teachers of primary and secondary schools in Nigeria.
The workshop, titled "Teaching Methods Workshop for teachers of primary and secondary schools" will commence on Wednesday 11th March, 2015 at Jannatu Darul Rahamah Cemetery Dembo, Zaria.
One hundred participants are drawn from all zones of the country and during the workshop, experts will deliver 15 lectures on educational topics that will improve knowledge and skills of the participants.
The workshop will be closed on 15th March, 2015 at Hussainiyyah Baqiyyahtullah, Zaria.
According to the invitation letter of the programme; school heads, parents, representatives of educational organisations (foundations, committees or fora), academic dons and all stakeholders are invited to the "Education Day Conference 1436" which will begin by 10:00am on 15th March, 2015 at Hussainiyyah Baqiyyatullah, Zaria. It was also scheduled that the leader of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky (H) will deliver a closing lecture at the Conference.
